  • Kyle Davis, DVM, Owner

    Dr. Davis grew up in Marine, IL, and graduated from Triad High School in 1989. He attended Monmouth College in Monmouth, IL and graduated in 1993 with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Biology and Music. He graduated from the University of Illinois Collge of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. After graduation, Dr. Davis accepted a position at All Pet Emergency Clinic in Evansville, IN. He worked there for 2 years until he accepted a position as an associate veterinarian at Greenbrier Animal Hospital also in Evansville, He met and married his wife, Ashley, while working in Evansville. Together, they opened Lyon County Animal Hospital in Eddyville, where Ashley's family has lived for generations. They have two daughters, Mary Beth and Lauren, a German Shorthaired Pointer named Heidi, and two cats, Meow and Widdle. Lyon County Animal Hospital has been operating since March 7, 2005. Dr. Davis became certified in Veterinary Acupuncture in 2010 and is currently working toward certification in Tui-na (veterinary massage therapy).

  • Ashley Davis, Practice Manager

    Ashley Davis is the wife of Dr. Kyle Davis. In the fall fo 2004, she convinced Dr. Davis to open the first ever animal hospital in Lyon County. Since they were expecting their first child, Ashley wanted to live closer to her family. Ashley remained behind the scenes while working full time as a high school special education teacher for 11 years. Dr. Davis asked her to manage the practice full time in 2011. After a short time off from teaching, Ashley took a position teaching Special Education at Lyon County Elementary School, but continues to manage LCAH. Ashley is a proud graduate of Murray State University (BS 2000, Masters 2005). She is also the proud mother of two little girls, Mary Beth and Lauren.

  • Kelley, Licensed Veterinary Technician

    Kelley Coleman, our Licensed Veterinary Technician,grew up in Maryland. She has always enjoyed riding and showing horses, which brought her Murray State University in 2004. There, she rode on the Equestrian Team for 4 years, while earning her Bachelors Degree in Animal Science. Kelley met her husband, Nick (a Lyon County native) at MSU. After working at other area clinics, Kelley came to work at Lyon County Animal Hospital in early 2011. Kelley and Nick have a Bearded Collie named Rhodie, a Lab named Piper, a one eyed, three legged cat named Jack, and a horse named Picasso. Kelley and Nick have one daughter, Rory. They are active members at Macedonia Baptist Church.

  • Jessica, Receptionist

    Jessica Wright is our full time receptionist. Jessica grew up in Lyon County and married her high school sweetheart, Scott Wright. Their son, Morgan, is active in soccer and has begun playing the piano.Scott and Jessica recently adopted 3 girls into their family after serving as foster parents for some time. After earning her Associates degree in Science, Jessica worked  at Dr. Gebhart’s Dentistry office as an assistant before Dr. Gebhart retired. As active members at Macedonia Baptist Church, Jessica and her family have been on several mission trips to both Mexico and Guatemala. In addition to mission work, Jessica loves her 2 dogs, Rusty and Gus, and cat, Gordito

  • Caityln, Licensed Veterinary Technician

    Caitlyn Sams, originally from California, moved to Kentucky during high school. She graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelors in Animal Science. Caitlyn worked part time at LCAH and completed her internship at the clinic. She is now a full time LVT here. Her cat, Ying, keeps her occupied when not at school or work. Caitlyn is also an avid reader and loves to try new recipes in the kitchen.

  • Lexie, Licensed Veterinary Technician

    Lexie Wigginton is a native of Princeton, KY. Her love for animals led her to Murray State University, where she completed her Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Technology. Lexie completed her internship at the clinic and fit right in with the LCAH family, becoming a full time LVT here. Her two Labs, Opal and Willard, and cat Hensley keep Lexie on her toes at home. She is involved in a wide array of activities in the community, from the local farmers market to the homemakers club to community events, and volunteering for many roles at her church.
